AVAILABLE ONLY AFTER 4 P.M. OUR GRILLED ENTREES ARE FIRE ROASTED OVER A HICKORY WOOD GRILL. THE FOLLOWING ENTREES ARE SERVED WITH YOUR CHOICE OF HOMEMADE SOUP OR FRESH GARDEN SALAD AND FRESHLY BAKED BREAD.

LEMON CHICKEN OVER SPINACH - Grilled chicken breast drizzled with a white wine lemon sauce and served over a bed of sautéed spinach

FILETTO DI MAIALE - Two 5 oz. pork tenderloins wrapped with apple smoked pancetta, placed over Tuscan style beans seasoned with Italian herbs and topped with melted Fontina cheese

POLLO TOSCANO - Fire roasted chicken breast placed atop Tuscan style beans seasoned with Italian herbs 

The following entrees are served with chefs fresh vegetables.

SPIEDINO DI MARE - Fire roasted skewer of shrimp, red onion, sea scallops, and pancetta dusted with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

TILAPIA - Fresh tilapia filet lightly seared and dressed with a white wine lemon sauce

SALMONE - Salmon filet seasoned with course salt and cracked pepper, fire roasted on our hickory wood grill until the surface is crispy and the center is tender; drizzled with a white wine lemon sauce

CHICKEN MARSALA - Fire roasted chicken breast prepared in our homemade mushroom Marsala sauce

POLLO ANTONIO - Sliced proscuitto and fontina cheese stuffed inside a fire roasted chicken breast topped with a white wine lemon sauce

8 oz. CHOICE AGED FILET MIGNON - Seasoned with course salt and cracked pepper fire roasted to your choice of temperature - Served with or without a mushroom marsala sauce

12 oz. CHOICE DELMONICO STEAK - Expertly seasoned with coarse salt and cracked pepper then fire roasted to your choice of temperature

VEAL SCALOPPINI SORRENTO - Thinly pounded veal sautéed with a homemade demiglace and topped with proscuitto, eggplant, and fresh mozzarella cheese

VEAL SCALOPPINI PICCATA - Thinly pounded veal sautéed in a white wine lemon sauce with lemon slices and Sicilian capers
